At a total cost of $6000 (overhead is covered by the organization), each well provides clean water to 1000 villagers for up to 25 years. With the help of Hedges and the Padres, Wells of Life aims to fund 1,000 water wells over ten years.

Incentives for giving include a limited edition campaign t-shirt for donations of $2/win or $60; an autographed baseball and t-shirt for $6/win or $180. Prizes for donations above $300 include drawings for tickets, practice sessions and meet and greets with Padre players.

Prior to the 2012 season, Baseball America ranked Hedges as the Padres fifth best prospect and in 2013, MLB.com ranked Hedges the fourth best catching prospect in the minors. The San Juan Capistrano native attended JSerra High School. His father Charlie Hedges is Wells of Life’s Executive Board Vice President and the family has funded six wells to date.

Maureen Sheeran, NCJFCJ Chief Program Officer, Announces Retirement

The NCJFCJ is the Nation’s Oldest Judicial Membership Organization

Maureen “Mo” Sheeran, chief program officer for family violence and domestic relations programs at the NCJFCJ, has announced her retirement.

From a time when domestic violence was barely understood, Mo grew the NCJFCJ to its stature as the preeminent leader in the country.”

— Honorable Susan B. Carbon, New Hampshire Circuit Court

RENO, NV, UNITED STATES, July 31, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — (Reno, Nev.) – Maureen “Mo” Sheeran, chief program officer for family violence and domestic relations programs at the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges (NCJFCJ), has announced her retirement from the organization as of August 15.

Sheeran has been a leader in domestic violence prevention and services for more than 30 years. She has significantly contributed to the NCJFCJ’s efforts to improve judicial response to domestic violence, and to improve outcomes for victims of domestic violence and their children involved in the family court and dependency systems. Since assisting in the establishment of the Resource Center on Domestic Violence: Child Protection and Custody in 1994, she has spearheaded initiatives to design more effective approaches to working with battered women and their children.

“From a time when domestic violence was barely understood, Mo grew the NCJFCJ to its stature as the preeminent leader in the country,” said the Honorable Susan B. Carbon of New Hampshire Circuit Court and past president of the NCJFCJ. “She has grown and cultivated a staff that share her drive and dedication. Her energy and passion are infectious. Every life she touches is made better because of it. I am one of the fortunate beneficiaries of the privilege of knowing and working with Mo for the past 22 years.”

She has provided leadership nationally on supervised visitation and exchange services that account for domestic violence. She also serves in an advisory capacity for numerous organizations, focusing on collaborative efforts that harness the resources and expertise of various professionals and organizations to achieve safe and just outcomes. She has developed a myriad of groundbreaking judicial curriculum at national conferences on domestic violence. During her tenure with the NCJFCJ, she has overseen more than $50 million in federally funded grant projects; served as an advisor for many organizations; and developed national conference curriculums on such issues as full faith and credit, firearms and domestic violence, and effective interventions in domestic violence and child maltreatment cases.

“Mo has a great ability to work and build relationships with government agencies, domestic violence advocates, other organizations, and judges,” said the Honorable Dale Koch (Ret.) of Multnomah County, Ore. and past president of the NCJFCJ. “She is a problem solver, who is always working to find solutions, rather than create barriers to success. Mo will be greatly missed.”

Prior to joining the NCJFCJ 25 years ago, she provided direct services to victims of domestic violence and their children, and raised funds for client services for six years as the deputy director and development director for the Domestic Violence Resource Center (formerly CAAW, Committee to Aid Abused Women).

“Mo’s impact helped shape the work of the NCJFCJ,” said Joey Orduna Hastings, NCJFCJ CEO. “She has been a part of monumental legislative, policy, and technical assistance publications that will continue to influence judicial education in family violence and domestic relations matters in order to improve the lives of families and children who seek justice.”

About the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges (NCJFCJ):
Founded in 1937, the Reno, Nev.-based National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges, is the nation’s oldest judicial membership organization and focused on improving the effectiveness of our nation’s juvenile and family courts. A leader in continuing education opportunities, research, and policy development in the field of juvenile and family justice, the 2,000-member organization is unique in providing practice-based resources to jurisdictions and communities nationwide.

The Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) addressed the issue of “legitimate” and “illegitimate” children and related immigration sponsorship issues.

Cuprys & Associates (N/A:N/A)

Not only is this the right decision by the Board, it also helps to further eliminate any discrimination against children previously considered ‘illegitimate.’”

— Magdalena Cuprys, Immigration Lawyer

MIAMI, FLORIDA, UNITED STATES, July 29, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — The law firm of Cuprys and Associates announced today that immigration Lawyer Magdalena Cuprys successfully appealed a denial of an immigrant visa (“Green Card”). On appeal, the Board of Immigration Appeals addressed the issue of “legitimate” and “illegitimate” children, and whether siblings of such children can be sponsored for U.S. immigration.

The client, Ms. N.B. from Honduras, was denied an immigrant visa by the Director of the USCIS California Service Center (“Director”) in February 2015. Her application was based on her being the sibling of a U.S. citizen (her sibling sponsored her application). The Director found that she did not have a bona fide parent-child relationship with their common father because she was an “illegitimate” child.

In its decision, the Board of Immigration Appeals noted that Honduras had eliminated all legal distinctions between legitimate and illegitimate children, making all children legitimate if born after December 1, 1957.

See Matter of Sanchez, 16 I&N Dec. 671 (BIA 1979). See https://www.justice.gov/sites/default/files/eoir/legacy/2012/08/17/2687.pdf. Thus, both N.B. and her sibling, both of whom were born after 1957, are legitimate. The Board therefore remands to the Director to continue processing the immigrant visa petition for N.B.

Ms. Cuprys stated she is pleased with the decision. “Not only is this the right decision by the Board, it also helps to further eliminate any discrimination against children previously considered ‘illegitimate.’ It is truly unfair to discriminate against children based on whether they were born in wedlock or not, and whether their parents officially recognized them or not.”

Magdalena Cuprys received her Juris Doctor from the University of Washington School of Law. Before law school, she completed two bachelor’s degrees, one in Political Science and one in Latin American Studies, at the University of Chicago. (AB Degrees Political Science & Latin American Studies from the University of Chicago).

Magdalena Cuprys is the principal attorney of Serving Immigrants (Cuprys and Associates), a full-service immigration law firm offering a complete range of immigration services to both businesses and individuals. The law firm is uniquely qualified to manage the most contentious and unusual immigration needs. Ms. Cuprys’ website is http://servingimmigrants.com/

Kimlin Johnson, Author of AUTHENTICITY, ACCOUNTABILITY & AMBITIONS, Celebrates Book Release with Book Signing Party

Kimlin Charise Johnson

Johnson seeks to encourage readers toward the need for authenticity, accountability and ambitions among all Americans who want to make America better.

LOS ANGELES, CA, UNITED STATES, July 28, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — Honoring her August 1, 2018 book release, acclaimed author Kimlin Charise Johnson will celebrate the launch of her highly anticipated book, AUTHENTICITY, ACCOUNTABILITY & AMBITIONS (AAA) on the next day August 2, 2018 by hosting an exclusive book signing on the patio at Maggiano’s at the Grove Los Angeles, (5:30pm-8:00pm PST). “This inaugural kick off for AAA will honor the people whose selfless efforts helped bring this book to fruition,” Johnson joyously exclaims.

Using historical events and examples from her own life, Johnson seeks to encourage readers toward the need for authenticity, accountability and ambitions among all Americans who want to make America better through positive change.

“Part history, part memoir and part self-help, this inspired book is designed to enlighten its readers on racism and ridicule in the 21st Century, years after the monumental Civil Rights movement,” Johnson shares. “AAA is a call to action, but more importantly, it seeks to discuss how Blacks treat each other and how to resolve this issue.”

AUTHENTICITY, ACCOUNTABILITY & AMBITIONS (AAA) is expertly broken up into four key sections that teach readers about the “untaught history of America”, Johnson’s personal challenges and triumphs as a strong Black woman, mother, and wife, as well as a myriad of ways that Black Americans can empower each other and themselves.

Beloved Reverend Cecil L. “Chip” Murray offers exclusive interviews and commentary in AAA, further supporting and honoring Johnson’s stalwart and important mission on improving people’s lives. “This book will be a model for any truly discerning reader, for it teaches the value, the proper value of self evaluation,” Reverend Murray expresses.

Although everybody, regardless of age or race, will find significant value in the book’s integral message of civil unity, the target audience is geared toward college students, who are our nation’s future lawmakers and leaders.

“Ten percent of purchase proceeds of AAA will go toward www.b-relyt.org my non-profit organization that strives to empower students. Our vision is that spending extra time on science and math academic curricula will provide the educational and emotional support necessary for underserved children to thrive in America,” Johnson concludes.

Enterprise CEO Pamela Nicholson Subpoenaed to Testify in Lee County Theft Trial

Enterprise Holdings CEO Pamela Nicholson commanded to appear and testify in Lee County civil theft suit

Enterprise Holdings CEO Pamela Nicholson commanded to appear and testify in Lee County civil theft suit

National Car Rental ‘ding and dent’ civil theft plaintiff demands opportunity for direct examination of rental behemoth chief executive

ST. LOUIS , MISSOURI, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, July 27, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — SubscriberWise, the nation’s largest issuing CRA for the communications industry and the leading protector of children victimized by identity fraud, announced today three individual witness subpoenas to appear and testify at the civil theft hearing, Howe vs. Enterprise Holdings, Inc., in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County Florida. The trial is scheduled for August 22, 2018, in Fort Myers, Florida, Honorable Archie B. Hayward, Jr.

Related: Lee County Honorable Archie B. Hayward Jr. Receives Jury Request from National Car Rental Fraud Victim, SubscriberWise Confirms — https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20180716005406/en/Lee-County-Honorable-Archie-B.-Hayward-Jr.

“The witness list is complete,” commented David Howe, National Car Rental ‘ding and dent’ fraud victim. “And it’s far from substantial in terms of the number of witnesses needed because the Lee Port Authority Police official report effectively contains all the sworn testimony necessary to prove intentional negligence and fraud well beyond the preponderance which is required of the plaintiff.

“In addition to two local managers who had involvement with the ‘ding and dent’ predatory encounter at the SW FL Fort Myers International Airport National car rental counter, I have asked the Lee Clerk of the Court to command CEO Pamela M. Nicholson to appear and testify. I’ve also spoken with the St. Louis Sheriff today and have advised their office to expect the subpoena for personal service in Clayton, MO.

“From my perspective – as a victim like the myriads and myriads of others across this nation – it’s critical to know if the CEO is aware of the harmful practices, including but not limited to predatory arbitration clauses and unfair adhesion contracts that effectively ensnare wholly innocent consumers with ease at virtually any opportunity and without a shred of evidence of liability. It’s critical to know if the CEO is planning fundamental changes to internal processes for not only USA citizens, but also for our sisters and brothers from around the globe who have also been victimized with ease.

“And it’s critical to obtain the CEO’s sworn testimony so that lawmakers can be better informed about the state of the industry, including the problems and the solutions that only common sense regulation can resolve,” Howe added.

“Yes, it’s time for the car rental industry – and Enterprise Holdings in particular, to move beyond the inadequate protocols of asking individuals to record vehicle damage on rudimentary ‘damage’ slips as evidence of condition,” continued Howe. “It’s time to expose and mitigate the remarkable financial risks associated with the so called ‘Expedient’ rental process that virtually guarantees victimization against consumers who merely expected the good faith and fair dealing covenant when they drove off with a rental chock full of pre-existing ‘wear and tear’, as well as other minor conditions for which civil theft is perpetrated with incredible frequency and ease.

“Yes, it’s time to progress to the digital age and provide both consumers and rental agencies high-resolution digital photographic evidence of vehicle condition so that there’s no longer a doubt…and no longer a huge financial motive by predatory agencies to fleece innocent victims — which is exactly why the industry prefers to operate in the dark ages, literally,” concluded victim Howe.

“Enterprise has been accused of running a ding-and-dent scam so often by readers of this site, I’ve lost count.” — Christopher Elliott, Consumer Advocate at Elliott.org

Alice March to be Featured on CUTV News Radio

NEW YORK, NEW YORK, UNITED STATES, July 27, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — Attention is a word everyone uses and sees frequently. But do we know its intensely overwhelming impact on us? “People inadvertently believe they know all about attention,” says Alice. “It’s a mainstream word we use all the time not realizing attention is the most important issue we have to deal with our whole lives.”

For the past thirty years Alice has lectured all over the world about the power of attention, because she discovered that it’s much more that just a word…it actually is everyone’s core need. Alice has provided valuable tools and insights to help businesses and organizations realize how critical attention is in creating more sustainable, productive stress free environments. Thousands of Corporate Executives, Teachers, Parents, Physicians, Health Care Providers, Coaches around the world have strongly benefited from Alice’s life changing staff trainings, workshops, and seminars.

“Attention is certainly a fundamental factor that’s more important than water,” says Alice. “Being held, cuddled and stroked is even more critical for children. Extensive research shows that even when orphans receive water, food, and shelter, they need more; when they don’t get the attention they need they tragically wither away and ultimately die.”

Alice cites another heart wrenching poignant example from almost 100 years ago. In the 1920’s the American psychologist, Harry Harlow, separated baby monkeys away from their mothers, putting them in socially isolating cages. Without their mother’s attention these babies soon began to withdraw, become antisocial, and ultimately passed away.

Alice is on a Mission to alert everyone about the negative impact of children watching mega television and, of course, using IPhones: how strongly both experiences distract people from living their real lives, being in the present, feeling their feelings.

“People are woefully fully disconnected from themselves these days,” says Alice. “ I fear for our children. How will they have meaningful, healthy relationships? I am really grateful TV didn’t come to my house when I was growing up, because watching often can lead to becoming addictive and leads to the next addiction. Social Scientists are now concerned with the obsessive amount of time people play video games. They’re calling this a disease, which diminishes their connecting with others in healthy, life supporting ways.”

Alice cites another heart wrenching poignant example from almost 100 years ago. In the 1920’s the American psychologist, Harry Harlow separated baby monkeys away from their mothers, putting them in socially isolating cages. Without their mother’s attention these babies soon began to withdraw, become antisocial, and ultimately passed away.

“All relationships require responsiveness and attentiveness,” says Alice. “ We need to start active listening to the needs of people we care about. We need to let others know we see them, we support them. With Alice’s exceptional coaching, connections are made, relationships profoundly strengthened. “One gesture, the act of positive attention from a parent, teacher or a boss can change a life. Appropriate, quality ATTENTION can often be a matter of life or death.”

Ball State U and Muncie – Felix Rippy on Universities’ Duties to Save Local Public Schools

Professor Felix Rippy Writes On Ball State takeover of Muncie Schools

Professor Felix Rippy Writes On Ball State takeover of Muncie Schools

Felix Rippy Op-ed

Felix Rippy Op-ed

Felix Rippy is a professor and commentator on public policy issues, especially dealing with public education and funding.

INDIANAPOLIS, IN, UNITED STATES, July 27, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — Public policy researcher and professor, Felix Rippy discusses the new solution to failing public schools: a university takeover. As Muncie Community Schools were in deep debt, neighboring university Ball State decides to step in. In his USA Herald Op-Ed, Rippy asks how they could just “sit back and watch [their] local feeder schools close or fail[.]” Especially, he emphasizes, because Ball State University was founded as a teaching college.

The Op-Ed recalls the single other university-school district partnership such as this in American history, Boston University’s (BU) takeover of failing public schools of nearby Chelsea, MA. Similarly, to Muncie schools, Chelsea’s school district was in debt, and struggling to keep students from fleeing to other schools. BU first came to control Chelsea schools in 1989 and gave the reins back in 2008.

After two decades of partnership, Chelsea schools were graduating more high schoolers, had art and music programs in their elementary and middle schools, and were offering many Advanced Placement courses in their high schools. Though, the school district was not 100 percent better, these and other massive improvements detailed in Rippy’s discussion make this solution successful.

Felix Rippy discusses universities’ networks and resources that make this solution so impactful. These abilities combined with a vested interest in the success of these local “feeder schools” creates a welcoming environment for university takeover. Further, Rippy points out that while Boston University is private, Ball State’s status as a public college adds a responsibility to give back to the local community that supports its function. By this formula, a plethora of universities across the country have a duty to serve their local public schools.

From BU to Ball State, just how the university in question gained power over their respective school district marks a change in education reform. In 1989, BU took control through a simple vote by Chelsea officials. In 2018, an Indiana house bill has been passed to monitor and handle financially struggling school districts. First, a special state-level board votes on whether the state assumes responsibility of the failing school district. Then, the board moves to revoke many powers of the school district’s board, like hiring and firing power of the superintendent. At a point in the process, the school is open to university intervention. All of this is possible through Indiana House Bill 1315.

Felix Rippy’s review of this historic event leaves an air of positivity. Failing school districts are a burden on their state and municipality, let alone the students they are supposed to be serving.

With the partnership between Boston University and Chelsea as an example, Ball State is sure to bring positive change to Muncie schools. Rippy describes this “innovative Indiana law” as a beacon of hope for struggling schools everywhere if other universities join in the effort.

Gov. Cuomo & Denise Miranda’s Medicaid Fraud & Cover-up Scheme

Gov. Andrew Cuomo and Denise Miranda must be stopped, they are involved in a massive Medicaid fraud ponzi scheme and they are covering-up thousands of sexual assaults, rapes and deaths of people with disabilities

The Medicaid fraud is in the billions and the crimes against the disabled are in the tens of thousands

The main motive behind the criminal cover-ups of sex crimes, homicides and assaults within Governor Andrew Cuomo’s fraudulent Justice Center is MEDICAID FRAUD.”

— Michael Carey – Civil Rights & Disability Rights Advocate

ALBANY, NEW YORK, UNITED STATES, July 27, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — The Jonathan Carey Foundation and its founder Michael Carey have done everything possible to force Governor Andrew Cuomo and Denise Miranda, the current Executive Director of the Justice Center to cease and desist from committing State and federal crimes and from defrauding the federal government to no avail. Both Gov. Cuomo and Denise Miranda have dug in their heels and have refused to stop the massive theft and criminal cover-ups, which has led to staggering numbers of preventable deaths and has severely damaged countless lives.

“New York State and private providers contracted by the State are defrauding the federal government; they are violating federal law and stealing billions of dollars that are supposed to be used to provide safe care and services for people with disabilities.” – Michael Carey – Civil Rights and Disability Rights Advocate & Whistle-blower

The main motive behind the criminal cover-ups of sex crimes, homicides and assaults within Governor Andrew Cuomo’s fraudulent Justice Center is MEDICAID FRAUD. New York State is using money billed for and intended to go to caring for people with disabilities for other purposes. The second main motive for these crimes is protecting both State and private providers from multi-million dollar justified lawsuits in which they are responsible for the deaths or rapes in their facilities and group homes because of their gross negligence. The next motive is to protect the State of New York from paying out crime victims funds estimated at approximately one billion dollars annually. I will explain this a little further; when a person is a victim of a crime, they themselves, if still alive, and their family members are entitled to crime victim benefits such as funeral expenses, medical expenses, therapy, etc. The corrupt Justice Center ensures that almost all crimes committed against the disabled are deemed to not really be crimes on paper, when they clearly are crimes. As you can see all these motives surround money, lots of money, billions of dollars in fraud and theft. The people that are directly responsible for these State and federal crimes are Governor Andrew Cuomo and Denise Miranda.

“What the general public hasn't recognized is that we tax payers are funding the states successful cover-up of Medicaid waste and fraud, discrimination, physical violence and sexual assaults. All of which remains freely permitted to thrive off of the backs of people with disabilities who are dependent on New York state operated care for their lives. This gross fact has yet to be exposed because the scheme is exclusively lucrative for the state’s political arena and to date, the only authorities to investigate matters are proven to be either politically affiliated or an agency of the state.” – Andria Berger – Advocate for People with Disabilities & Whistle-blower

It is time for federal criminal investigations of Governor Andrew Cuomo, Denise Miranda and everyone else involved in such a scandalous and criminal enterprise. Covering-up thousands of crimes committed against people with disabilities and protecting countless sexual predators, pedophiles, rapists and people that harm or cause the death of a person with disabilities is sickening, it is lawlessness and it is some of the worst corruption imaginable.

Edwin Dixon Epperson III is Helping Veterans Readapt to Civilian Life After Service

SARASOTA, FLORIDA, UNITED STATES, July 26, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — Readjustment can be difficult; Edwin Dixon Epperson III wants to smooth the hurdles.

For many who complete multiple tours of duty and have a distinguished career of service, reintegration into civilian life can be a challenge, especially when it comes to finding a job that brings fulfillment and purpose. After years of forming unexplainably strong bonds in the service with fellow service men and women, it can be incredibly difficult to find meaningful relationships and a sense of purpose once back in everyday life as a civilian. Mr. Epperson wants to facilitate and change that. As a veteran advocate, he’s actively seeking veterans who may be in need with the express purpose of helping provide and place them with jobs that will help them support their families and provide meaning and purpose where there tends to be a gap.

The Problems Veterans Face with Reintegration

Unlike many civilians who may have never seen combat, Edwin Dixon Epperson III understands the struggles that come with multiple combat tours as a Green Beret and the re-integration difficulties that can seem insurmountable at times. It’s no secret that many veterans suffer from PTSD, but the reason why might not be so obvious.

When in the military, soldiers form extremely tight bonds with each other. They are trained to rely on each other fully and if required will gladly lay down their lives to save a fellow soldier. And while the horrors of war might be difficult to face, reintegration into civilian life and assimilation back into a family role while trying to find a career that provides the same level of satisfaction, fulfillment and purpose can elicit the same “fight or flight” reaction associated with combat. It is this that Epperson wants to assist with.

Jobs for Veterans

Edwin Dixon Epperson III has incredible respect for soldiers who have returned from duty and is, therefore, seeking out veterans in need to help them build something for themselves. His company, Vertical Fund Management, is poised to join forces with other veteran organizations in an effort to collaborate and share resources to achieve this task, in the greater Tampa Bay area.

One of the main focuses is not only getting veterans employed but to also answer the huge need of affordable housing in the greater Tampa Bay region, Mr. Epperson wants to equip veterans with all the necessary skills and tools they need, while facilitating the opportunity for them to achieve this.

By integrating veterans into a trade and providing affordable housing, they’ll be on the path to not only learning a new skill and discovering all the basics that are essential for starting and growing a business, but they will have a place to call home as they find their life’s purpose and continue to serve their community. In this way, they can also contribute to their local community, and build those crucial bonds of friendship and brotherhood with other veterans.

To find out more how you and your organization can contribute and be a part of a veterans reintegration please reach out to Edwin D Epperson III at info@verticalfundmgmt.com

Cuomo & Miranda’s Justice Center Criminal Scheme & Motives

Gov. Andrew Cuomo and Denise Miranda must be stopped, they are involved in covering-up thousands of sexual assaults, rapes and deaths of people with disabilities

The facts must come into the light to expose and help stop the State and federal crimes being committed directly endangering countless people with disabilities

The people mainly responsible and involved with full knowledge that they are committing both State and federal crimes are Governor Andrew Cuomo and Denise Miranda.”

— Michael Carey – Civil Rights & Disability Rights Advocate

ALBANY, NEW YORK, UNITED STATES, July 26, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — The Jonathan Carey Foundation and its founder Michael Carey have done everything possible to encourage Governor Andrew Cuomo and Denise Miranda, the current Executive Director of the Justice Center to cease and desist from all illegal and unconstitutional practices to no avail. Both Cuomo and Miranda have dug in their heels and have refused to stop committing the most heinous and dangerous of crimes believed in our state’s history. People with special needs, upwards of 1,000,000, are not being protected from abuse, neglect or death. In the vast majority of cases it is the sexual predators and those that harm or cause the death of a disabled person who are being protected from firing, criminal prosecution and the sex abuse registry.

Before discussing some of the main motives behind this criminal enterprise it is important to first discuss the state and federal crimes being committed daily. The crimes of wide-scale obstruction of justice in which most witnessed and reported physical and sexual assault crimes and negligent deaths are being purposefully kept from 911 call systems, local police, local first responder paramedics, county prosecutors, county medical examiners or coroners and local courts. Gov. Cuomo and Denise Miranda are obstructing justice by ensuring that most crimes committed against the disabled are never criminally investigated and that evidence is not collected and destroyed. Denying the disabled ‘equal protection of laws’ is also wide-scale “Discrimination in Civil Rights.”

The next crime is criminal conspiracy in which the State of New York has an agreement with both State and private provider agencies to protect them and their staff from litigation, but obviously also from criminal prosecution. The State has also documented this criminal conspiracy and in their own words call it their “coherent oversight scheme” and “carefully cultivated understanding” with providers that all surrounds the concealing of documents and evidence from families and law enforcement, as well as county District Attorney’s.

Medicaid fraud is state and federal crimes and is the main motive, which we’ll discuss further below. Governor Andrew Cuomo and Denise Miranda are actively involved in the largest Medicaid fraud scheme imaginable. Billions upon billions of State and federal tax dollars that are supposed to go to provide safe care and services for our most vulnerable have been misappropriated and have gone to enrich politically connected people and entities. You think the Buffalo Billions Corruption scandal was huge, think again, this Medicaid fraud criminal scheme dwarfs the Buffalo billions Scheme. How the Medicaid fraud scheme is protected is by Cuomo and Miranda’s fraudulent Justice Center which might as well be operated by the mob. This is organized crime of an epic proportion and it surrounds the cover-ups of thousands of horrific crimes and deaths of people with disabilities. The Justice Center hides the damages, almost all of the sexual assaults, rapes and deaths of the disabled are purposefully kept from the Office of Medicaid Inspector General, to defraud the feds.

The next and last crime that I will mention and there are considerable more is endangering the welfare of incompetent and physically disabled people. I am an expert on this law which is now a felony because it took my precious son Jonathan’s life and me fighting for five years before I was successful of changing this law. It is New York State Penal Law 260.25 and this is what it says;

“Endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person in the first degree. A person is guilty of endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person in the first degree when he knowingly acts in a manner likely to be injurious to the physical, mental or moral welfare of a person who is unable to care for himself or herself because of physical disability, mental disease or defect. Endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person in the first degree is a class E felony.”

Before going to the motives to give everyone a perspective on how people with disabilities have been treated unequally and discriminated against for decades in New York State you need to understand that animals have had much better protections for years. In 1999 Buster’s Law became law which made it a felony for anyone to be cruel to a companion pet. It took the criminal homicide and death of a 13 year old child that had autism named Jonathan Carey and years of hard work for his dad Michael to finally get it to become a felony if you endanger the welfare of a person with a disability. To this day Michael Carey is still trying to finally get immediate 911 medical and police services and equal protections of laws actually in place to protect the disabled and ensure them their equal rights. The outrageous discrimination in civil rights that directly causes the severe harm or deaths continues because of Governor Andrew Cuomo’s obstinacy against protecting 1,000,000 New Yorkers with disabilities safety or equal rights.

Now to the motives, the largest motive was mentioned already, but it must be mentioned again – MEDICAID FRAUD. New York State is using money billed for and intended to go to caring for the disabled for other purposes which is Medicaid fraud. The second main motive for these crimes is protecting both State and private providers from multi-million dollar justified lawsuits in which they were responsible for the death or rapes of the disabled person in their facilities or group homes. The next motive is to protect the State of New York from paying out crime victims funds estimated at approximately one billion dollars annually. I will explain this a little further, when a person is a victim of a crime, they themselves, if still alive, and their family members are entitled to crime victim benefits such as funeral expenses, medical expenses, therapy, etc. The fraudulent Justice Center ensures that almost all crimes committed against the disabled are deemed to not really be crimes on paper when they clearly are. As you can see all these motives surround money, lots of money, billions of dollars in fraud and theft. The people mainly responsible and involved with full knowledge that they are committing both State and federal crimes are Governor Andrew Cuomo and Denise Miranda.

It is time for federal criminal investigations of Governor Andrew Cuomo, Denise Miranda and everyone else involved in such a scandalous and criminal enterprise. Protecting sexual predators, pedophiles, rapists and people that harm or cause the death of a disabled person is lawlessness and will ultimately be part of destroying our great State if not stopped.
